Shoutout to everyone suffering from depression that still managed to get up today, even if it was just to use the bathroom or get some food. That's a wonderful achievement.

Shoutout to everyone suffering from depression that couldn't manage to get up today. It's okay. You're still alive. You're still breathing. That in itself is a huge achievement and I hope with every fibre of my being that tomorrow is an easier day.

Shoutout to everyone suffering from depression that managed to go today without self-harming. Whether you're on day one or one hundred, it's still something worth being proud of and I hope you treat yourself for it.

Shoutout to everyone suffering from depression that has relapsed today. I'm so sorry. Please remember to take care of the wounds. Clean them, run them under some cold water, do whatever you can to ensure that they don't get infected/worse. Recovery is a long journey and while I know it must feel like you've taken a hundred steps back, this is just a small set back. It's okay.

sweetlytwisted asked:

I am not laughing at your weather because Jesus fuck but I am laughing at "windchill" being so hot still. I live in Canada, where windchill means like... -40. It's just a riot to me that your windchill is 95

bunjywunjy answered:

I live in wisconsin, where windchill also often means like -20f to -40f, that’s why that’s on the forecast monitor in the first place lol

I guess they just don’t bother to remove it for the summer

i really, really wish mermay would stop kissing adam_is_arting's ass all the goddamn time. i mean, from a nonbiased standpoint, he's okay, he's competent enough, but they keep acting like he split the atom or something, it's... weird. it's fucking weird.
i wish they'd realize that it makes a lot of people uncomfortable because it almost feels like nepotism at this point (really, whenever they post about him, they get like a handful of likes, like it's not just me).

i found probably one or two of his mermay pieces actually pretty great: the rest is okay at best and kind of lame at worst, and the style is particularly stale at this point. it's why i like to change things up every now and again not just to challenge myself, but listen: if you do something enough times it's going to lose its novelty until it gets on your nerves.

part of me wants to say something to them but i also worry about raising a firestorm. it's happened to me once before with vicky karayiannis: i reckon it'll happen again should i have the gall to say something bad about the precious golden boy.
